Byzantine Lace Necklace
This necklace is made with a crocheted beaded rope inside a netting of bead lace, and features focal beads by Seattle beadmaker Larry Scott, one of my first teachers. This necklace was part of the "Hand-in-Hand" juried jewelry show sponsored by the ISGB in 2003. About 26" total length, largest focal bead about 20 mm diameter. Click image to enlarge. |
